**Cursor Blinking Behavior**

The cursor blinks correctly in input fields on modals and forms, but may not appear on full-page forms. 

**Settlement Calendar Scroll**

In the Final Settlement module, the calendar date picker may appear slightly misaligned during scroll. However, dates can still be selected and function correctly without impact.
