### Signup

- Complete first-time Signup flow through the mobile ERP app, starting from **Organization Creation**, **OTP Verification**, and secure **Login Credential** setup.
- After signing up, the first page is designed to collect important Organization Configuration details required for smoother ERP use.

### Leasing

- **Billing Frequency (Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly & Yearly)** introduced during property creation and lease setup.
- **Digital Agreement** **Electronic Signature** feature enabled with real-time status tracking.
- Two new Billing Cycle types introduced during lease creation:
  - **Synchronized Billing**
  - **Date-to-Date Billing**
- **Utility Update** enhancement included.
- **Rental Unit Status (Active, Vacant, Reserved)&#x20;**&#x75;nder Property Details is now dynamic.
- All modal pop-ups replaced with full-screen pages and structured forms.

- Tenant Detail Page upgraded with **Identification Document Upload/Download** functionality.
- Staff login can now be **enabled or disabled** by the organization admin.

### Maintenance

- **In-Progress** status added for each Service Requests.
- Image download option introduced for requests if tenants had uploaded images.

- Uploaded images in Help Requests are now visible within the app.

- Organization Admins can now **Update** and manage their profile details directly from the app.
