### 1. Partial & Overpaid Payment

We have implemented Partial Payment and Overpaid Payment functionality for tenants.

- A **partial payment** allows tenants to pay a portion of the total amount due instead of the full amount. The remaining balance will be carried forward to the next invoice as "balance due."
- When tenants pay more than the total amount due, the extra amount is considered an **overpayment**. The overpaid amount will automatically be applied to future invoices or remain as a credit balance.

The system now supports both **partial payments and overpayments**, ensuring transparency and ease of use for tenants and property managers.

### 2. Country List Restricted To India

The country selection dropdown previously available at the dashboard startup has been removed.

**The system is now set to default to India, restricting any other country selection.**

### 3. Property Manager & Tenant New Dashboard With New Menu & Sub-Menu

A newly designed dashboard is now available for **Property Managers** and **Tenants.**

- Includes a **new menu and sub-menu structure**.
- Enhances User Experience & Simplifies dashboard overview.
- Clear and categorized menu options for quick access to features.
- Improved UI for ease of use and better management.

### 4. Organization Admin Expanded Access

Organization Admins now have **Full access** to all available features in the product. They can view-only everything, including:

- **Inventory Listings**
- **Payments**
- **Tenant Onboarding & Leasing**
- **Service Requests**
- **Invoice Generation & Updates**

### 5. Business User Expanded Access

Business Users now have view access similar to Organization Admins.

- **Property Listings**

- **Extend & Move-Out Requests**
