Extend Lease Request
- Open the Rentilium ERP.
- Enter your username and password to access the system.
- Once logged in, the Dashboard displays a summary of your lease details and financial overview.
The dashboard provides information including:
Advance Payment Section: Displays any due or advance payments.
Financial Overview: Shows past and current payments.
Lease Summary: A quick view of all active leases.
Invoices: Allows viewing and managing lease-related invoices.
- Use the left sidebar to navigate different sections such as Leasing, Accounting, Operations, and Settings.
- Click on Leasing and then Active Lease to proceed.

- Under the Leasing section, click on 'Active Lease'.
- This page displays all active rental agreements under your profile.
The Active Lease page contains the following details:
Rental Unit Name: Identifies your leased unit.
Property Type: Specifies the type of rental property.
Current Rent Rate: Displays the monthly rental amount.
Lease Start and End Dates: Shows the lease duration.
Lease Status: Shows whether the lease is Active, Pending, or Terminated.
Request Status: Displays any submitted Move Out or Extend Lease requests.
Remaining Days: Shows the number of days left in the lease term.
Actions: Options to Request Move Out or Extend Lease.

- Find the rental unit for which you want to extend the lease.
- Click the 'Extend Lease Request' button next to the lease entry.
A form will appear requiring the following details:
Property Name: Auto-filled based on the selected rental unit.
Rental Unit Name: Displays the associated unit.
Old Rental Charge: Shows the current rent amount.
New Current Rent: Allows the tenant to confirm or adjust the rent.
Extend Lease Date: Select the new lease end date using the date selector.
- Ensure all details are correctly filled out.
- Click 'Confirm' to submit the request.
- A confirmation popup will appear that the request has been sent for Property Manager Review.

- After submission, a success message appears stating: 'Lease extended successfully!'.
- Click 'OK' to close the popup.

- The Request Status on the Active Lease page will update to 'Extended Requested'.
- This status indicates that the request is under review by the property management team.

- The property manager receives an automatic notification about the extension request.
- Based on rental policies, they may approve, reject, or request additional information.
- Approved: The lease will be extended, and the new lease term will take effect.
- Rejected: Common reasons include pending dues, policy violations, or incorrect lease duration.
- Pending Additional Information: The property manager may request more details before making a decision.
Confirm Extend Lease
- If approved, tenants should review the new lease terms carefully.
- Any changes in rent or additional conditions will be updated in the system.
