Assigning a Property Manager is a crucial step to ensure your property is properly overseen. The assigned manager will be responsible for managing the property’s details, handling tenant interactions, and maintaining records or tasks associated with that property. Follow these detailed steps to assign a Property Manager in your system:

### Log in To Your Account

- Enter your credentials (username and password).
- From the** Dashboard** go to the Leasing section.

### Access the Property Section

- From the Admin Dashboard, Click on the **Leasing** section.
- Under the Leasing section, click on **Properties**.
- You will now see a complete list of all your rental units and properties and Property Manager names.
- You can assign or unassign a Property Manager only **after leasing a rental unit**.

### Select the Property

- Click on the **name of the property** you wish to assign.
- This will open a detailed view of the property.

### Go to The Property Manager Tab

- On the property detail page, you will see several tabs related to the property (e.g., Overview, Lease Details).
- Click on the **Property Manager** tab.

### Assign a Property Manager

- After Clicking on Property Manager Tab you will get the the option to assign a property Manager. 
- Here you can assign **an Existing Property Manager** or you can create a new property manager.

After that click on assign. Now property manager will be successfully assigned for  that particular property.
