Extend Lease Request

- Log in to your Rentilium Tenant account using your credentials.
- Upon successful login, the Dashboard will be displayed.
- The dashboard provides an overview such as Current Due Bills, Financial Overview, Lease Summary, Service, Move-out, and Extend Request.

- On the left sidebar menu, locate and expand the Operations section.
- Click on Extend Lease to access the move-out page.

The "Extend Lease Request" page displays all lease extend requests submitted by the tenant.
The table contains the following columns:
- Unit Name: The rental unit associated with the request.
- Tenant Name: The name of the tenant who submitted the request.
- Lease Start Date: The original lease start date.
- Lease End Date: The current lease end date.
- Requested Extended Lease Date: The new lease end date requested by the tenant.
- Status: The status of the request (Pending, Approved, Rejected).
- Actions: The option to delete a request.

- If a tenant wants to cancel a previously submitted lease extend request, they can do so by clicking the "Delete" button next to the request.
- A confirmation box will appear with a message: "Are you sure? You wonโt be able to revert this!"
- Click on "Yes, delete it!" to confirm or "Cancel" to keep the request.

- Once the request is deleted, a success message will appear stating: "Deleted! The lease request has been deleted."
- Click "OK" to return to the "Extend Lease Request" page.

- After the deletion is successful, the "Extend Lease Request" table updates automatically.
- The removed lease extend request will no longer be displayed.
