dashboard overview the dashboard provides a summary of the property managerβs rental units, including total rental units displays the total number of rental units leased units shows how many units are currently occupied unleased units indicates available units for rent outstanding balance displays the total outstanding rent amount service requests & lease extensions tracks tenant service requests and lease extension requests rental units section to access the rental units section click on leasing from the left menu select rental units from the dropdown this section displays all leased and unleased units with details such as property name tenant details lease start & end dates current rent amount remaining days for lease expiry available actions (move out, extend lease, add lease for vacant units) tenant move outs to process a tenant move out 1\ click on the move out button for the respective rental unit 2\ fill in the required details unit name property name tenant name notice start date move out date upload move out document (lease agreement, if required) click move out to complete the process a confirmation popup will appear indicating that the tenant has moved out successfully extending lease to extend an existing lease 1\ click on extend lease for the respective rental unit 2\ enter the updated lease details property name rental unit name old rent amount rent percentage increase new rent amount lease extension date upload lease agreement (if applicable) click confirm to finalize the lease extension a confirmation message will be displayed upon successful extension adding new lease for unleased units when a new tenant is ready to lease a unit, the property manager can initiate the lease agreement navigate to the unleased rental units tab locate the unit and click add lease enter tenant details choose an existing tenant or new tenant enter tenant name, contact information specify lease terms add energy and additional charges if applicable review details and click submit the unit now moves to leased rental units and will reflect under active leases
