Here are the three ways a user can reach the login page:

## 1. Via Email

Upon successful Signup and Registration, Rentilium will send an email to the registered email address containing:

- **Username**
- **Password**
- **Login URL**

### How To Reach The Login Page via Email?

- Check the username and password as specified in the email.
- Users can click the provided login URL to reach directly to the Rentilium login page.

## 2. Via Rentilium Home Page

Visit the official Rentilium Home Page to reach the login Page. Through:

- **Login Button**

### How To Reach The Login Page Via Rentilium Home Page?

- Search for the Login button displayed in the website header.
- Click the button to be redirected to the Login Page.

## 3. Via Direct URL

Visit the Login page through a Direct URL: **[https://erp.rentilium.com/login](https://erp.rentilium.com/login)**

## Login Page

Once you enter the Rentilium login page, you will encounter the following fields:

- **Username Field:** Username credentials are provided during registration or sent via email.

- **Password:** Your password includes an eye icon for visibility, helping confirm the correct password input.

- **Captcha (reCAPTCHA):** A verification checkbox named **"I am not a robot"** to ensure the login process is secure and free from automated attacks. Completing this step is mandatory to proceed.
- **Forgot Password Link:** Recover your account if you’ve forgotten your password. Clicking the link initiates you to reset your password via email.
- **Login Button:** Clicking this button submits your credentials for verification and grants access to your account.

## Enter Your Login Credentials

Once you land on the login page:

- **Username:** Enter the username provided during registration or sent via email.
- **Password:** Input your password. If logging in for the first time, use the temporary password provided via email.
- You can switch the password visibility using the** “Eye Icon”** next to the password field to ensure you’ve entered it correctly.

## Complete The ReCAPTCHA

- Below the password field, you’ll find a checkbox named: **"I am not a robot"**. Check the box to verify you’re an Authorized User.

## Click The Login Button

- After entering your credentials and completing the reCAPTCHA, Click the orange Login button.
- If your credentials are correct, you’ll be redirected to your Rentilium dashboard.

## Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you find any problems logging in:

### Forgot Password

- Click the Forgot Password link located below the Login fields.
- Enter your registered email address & phone number and follow the instructions to reset your password.

### Invalid Credentials

- Double-check your username and password for any typo-error.
- Use the password visibility option to confirm the correct password.
