property manager dashboard before processing a move out request, the property manager must log in to the rentilium erp system open the rentilium portal enter your property manager username and password to log in once logged in, you will land on the property manager dashboard , providing an overview of active leases, financial transactions, and pending requests move out requests page open the operations menu on the left navigation panel click on operations to expand the menu select move out lease from the dropdown list view move out requests after clicking on move out lease , the system redirects to the move out request page this page displays a list of all move out requests , including unit name tenant name move out date notice start date approval status actions the approval status indicates whether a request is pending, approved, or rejected reviewing move out request once the property manager accesses the move out request page, they need to review pending requests tenant's request look at the table listing all move out requests find the relevant request by checking tenant name confirm the tenant requesting the move out move out date ensure the requested date aligns with the lease terms notice start date check if the tenant provided sufficient notice approval status if marked as pending , the request needs review click on the approve/reject button corresponding to the tenant’s move out request approving or rejecting move out request once the move out request is reviewed, the property manager approves or rejects the request open the approval modal clicking on approve/reject will open a popup modal the modal requires the property manager to add a comment before taking action add a comment enter a comment in the required text field example "move out request approved ensure all dues are cleared before vacating " choose an action click approve if the request meets all lease conditions click reject if there are pending dues or other violations confirmation of move out request approval once the move out request is approved, the system automatically updates the request status confirmation message on approval, a success message appears stating "request approved successfully " the move out request is removed from the move out requests list verify the updated status go back to the move out request page make sure the tenant’s move out request no longer appears in the pending requests list
