Moved Out Tenant

- Log in to your Rentilium Tenant account using your credentials.
- Upon successful login, the Dashboard will be displayed.
- The dashboard provides an overview such as Current Due Bills, Financial Overview, Lease Summary, Service, Move-out, and Extend Request.

- On the left sidebar menu, locate and expand the Operations section.
- Click on Moveout Lease to access the move-out page.

After selecting Moveout Lease, the system will display the Move-Out Tenant page.
This page lists all the move-out requests submitted by the tenant. The table includes:
- Unit Name: Displays the rental unit number.
- Tenant Name: Shows the name of the tenant.
- Notice Start Date: The date when the move-out notice period begins.
- Move-out Date: The scheduled date of moving out.
- Remaining Days: The number of days left before move-out.
- Status: Indicates if the move-out request is pending, approved, or completed.
- Actions: Provides an option to delete a pending move-out request.

- Under the Actions column, click the Delete button corresponding to the request.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear with the message: "Are you sure? You won’t be able to revert this!"
- Select Yes, delete it! to proceed with the deletion.
- If you decide not to delete, click Cancel to exit the confirmation.

- If the deletion is successful, a message will appear stating: "Deleted! The tenant move-out record has been deleted."
- Click OK to close the confirmation window.
- The move-out request will now be removed from the Moved Tenants table.
- The remaining move-out requests, if any, will still be visible.

- After deletion, make sure that the Moved Tenants table has been updated correctly.
- If any errors occur, refresh the page and check the status again.
