## Move To The Dashboard

### Login To Rentilium ERP

- Open the** Rentilium ERP**.
- Enter your username and password to access the system.
- Once logged in, the Tenant **Dashboard** displays a summary of your lease details and financial overview.

### Login to Tenant Account

- Navigate to the Rentilium ERP login page.
- Enter your tenant credentials (Username and Password) and click Login.

## Accessing Active Lease Information

### Active Lease

- Under the **Leasing** section, click on **'Active Lease'**.
- This page displays all active rental agreements under your profile.

### View Renewal Requests

- In the Active Lease Dashboard, tenants can see:
- All vacant units
- Any existing renewal requests.

- To initiate a new lease renewal, click on the **“Renewal Request”** button.

### Fill Renewal Request Form

After clicking, you'll be directed to the Renewal Request Detail Page, which includes the following fields:

- **Property Name (e.g., Why Property)**
- **Rental Unit Name (e.g., WP 110)**
- **Old Rental Charge**
- **Proposed New Rent**
- **Renewal Lease Date**
- **Carefully fill in all the required details.**
- **Once completed, click the “Confirm” button.**

### Confirmation

- After submission, a message will confirm that your lease renewal request has been submitted successfully.
- The request is now visible to the Admin for review.
