The **Billed Report Menu** in the Rentilium ERP system refers to the section where users can view, generate, and manage invoices. This document provides a clear overview of billing-related information.

## Accessing The Billed Report Menu

- From the **main dash**board, go to the **Report **section.
- Click on **Billed Report**.

## Billing Cycle Report Page

After clicking on Billed Report, the Billing Cycle Report page will open. On this page, you will find two buttons:

1. **Download PDF Report**
2. **Payment Status Report**

## Billing Reports

Specify the **Start Date** and **End Date** to filter and view the billing report. Based on the selected date range, the system will display the complete report details, including:

1. **Invoice Number**
2. **Tenant Name**
3. **Unit**
4. **Property**
5. **Amount Payable**
6. **Payment Status**
7. **Invoice Date**
8. **Billing Start Date**
9. **Billing End Date**

## Payment Status Report

- By clicking on the **Payment Status Report button**, the Settlement Payment Report page will open.
- This report provides detailed insights into payment settlements and outstanding balances.

## Download The Report

- If the admin wants to download a report, go to the Billing Cycle Report page and click on **Download PDF Report**.
- The billing statement will be downloaded successfully in PDF format.

- Once downloaded, the admin can also view the billing statement PDF directly.
