Tenant Dashboard
- After logging in tenants reach the Dashboard.
- The Dashboard displays details such as:
Outstanding rent payments |

Lease summary |
Invoices |
Service and move-out requests |

The Dashboard contains multiple sections, showing updates on payments, leases, and requests.
- Shows the total rent due for the current month.
- Displays any previous outstanding dues.
- A "Pay Now" button is available for immediate payment.
- Lists the most recent invoices with a download option.
- Each invoice has a unique number for tracking.
- The "See All" button opens the full invoice history.
- Displays details of leased units.
- Shows unit names and the number of days remaining in the lease.
- Each unit has a progress bar to show time left before the lease expiry.

The Financial Overview section highlights the rent amount due.
Steps to complete a payment:
- Click "Pay Now".
- Choose a payment method (Net Banking, UPI, Debit/Credit Card).
- Confirm the payment.
- A confirmation message appears after a successful transaction.
The Invoices section shows a list of rent invoices.
Each invoice includes:
- Invoice number
- Download icon
- Invoice date and amount
Steps to download an invoice:
- Find the invoice in the list.
- Click the download icon.
- The invoice downloads as a PDF file.
- Keeping invoices allows tenants to track rent payments and maintain records.
The Lease Summary section displays active rental units.
It includes:
- Total number of leased properties
- Remaining days before lease expiry
- Unit name and rent details
- Click on a leased unit.
- The system opens a detailed lease page.
Information includes:
- Lease start and end dates.
- Current rent amount.
- Move-out or extension options.
- A green bar shows that the lease is still active.
- A red bar warns that the lease is about to expire.

Service Requests allow tenants to report issues or request maintenance.
The Dashboard displays:
- Pending service requests
- Rejected requests
- Completed requests
Click on "Service Requests" → "Add Request".
Choose a service request type (e.g., Plumbing, Key Replacement).
Write a detailed description.
Attach supporting images (if needed).
Click Submit.

- Submitted requests appear under the Pending tab.
This section contains details about move-out requests.
Click on "Move Out Requests" → "New Move-Out Request".
Choose the rental unit.
Enter the move-out date.
Provide a reason for leaving.
Click Submit.

The Dashboard organizes requests into:
- Pending
- Rejected
- Completed

- If tenants want to extend their lease, they can send an extension request.
Click on "Extend Lease Request".
Choose the rental unit.
Enter the new lease end date.
Provide a reason for the extension.
Click Submit.

The request appears under Pending, waiting for approval.
The Dashboard provides quick access to important actions:

Viewing lease details
Submitting service requests
Requesting move-outs
Applying for lease extensions
The Dashboard displays alerts for:
- Upcoming rent due dates
- Pending approvals for service, move-out, and lease extensions
The Settings tab allows tenants to:
- Change passwords
