Utilities
Property Managers can access this section after logging into Rentilium ERP.
- Open Rentilium ERP.
- On the left sidebar, click Accounting.
- Under Accounting, choose Utilities.
This opens the Utility Consumption Meter Readings dashboard, which lists all rental units with relevant reading details.

The Utilities dashboard acts as the central view for all utility readings across properties.
- Tabs for Electricity, Water, and Gas.
- Search bar to find specific units quickly.
- Table displaying all relevant utility data for each unit.

Each tab (Electricity, Water, Gas) contains:

This is the most critical functionality for Property Managers.
- Click Update in the Action column.
- A popup form opens with fields auto-filled with existing data.
- Editable fields allow the manager to enter new readings.
- Property Managers also update reading dates if needed.
- After filling, they click Submit.
- A confirmation message confirms successful update.

Upon clicking Submit, Rentilium displays a Success Popup confirming the reading update.
The Reading Status in the table changes to Updated and the Updated On field reflects the current date, ensuring all stakeholders can track when the latest reading was recorded.

There are three types of utilities managed via this section:
- Electricity
- Water
- Gas
Each utility has its own tab with identical structure.
