dashboard upon logging into the tenant portal, tenants first land on their dashboard here, tenants get a quick details of important financial details, including current due bills with the "pay now" option financial overview showcasing current and previous dues quick access to invoices lease summary displaying current lease information and remaining duration move to the utilities section to access the utilities section click on the "accounting" tab from the left side menu select "utilities" from the expanded menu options this action moves tenants to the "utility consumption meter readings" page viewing utility consumption on the utility consumption meter readings page, tenants can view detailed electricity consumption data, organized in an easy to read table format the table includes rental unit identification of the specific unit property name the property's designated name tenant name tenant responsible for the unit meter start reading initial meter reading (if applicable) start reading date date when the meter reading started meter end reading final meter reading for the specified period end reading date the end date of the recorded consumption period updated on date when the readings were updated in the system reading status indicates if readings are "updated" or pending action allows further interaction, such as viewing details or updates benefits transparency tenants have direct access to their utility consumption data, enhancing transparency convenience easy access to current and old utility consumption details simplifies management and billing reconciliation accuracy documented readings minimize billing disputes and facilitate precise payments
