### 1. Automated Notice Period Policy

A new configuration-level feature that allows automatic penalty calculation for notice period breaches. This improves accuracy and reduces manual intervention.

### 2. QR Code Upload For Invoices

You can now upload a QR code that will be **automatically printed on invoices** for seamless payment processing. This feature comes with an enable/disable & edit option in the configuration by the Admin. Also, only genuine QR codes will be accepted. 

### 3. Quarterly & Half-Yearly Billing Frequency

We have introduced **Quarterly and Half-Yearly** billing cycles. Now Product supports **all four billing frequencies**:

- Monthly
- Yearly
- Quarterly
- Half-Yearly

### 4. Date-To-Date Billing Cycle

Bills can now be generated for each tenant **based on their individual lease start date**, enabling more precise and flexible billing **with a configurable option.**

### 5. SMS Integration

Now the product supports SMS while signing up new clients & resetting passwords.

### 6. Property-Level Feature's Configuration

The following features can now be configured at the **property level**, offering better customization and control.

### 7. Notice Period Report (Customizable Scheduler)

You can schedule reports on a:

- Daily,

Additionally, you can customize:

- The day of the week for weekly reports
- The date of the month for monthly reports

### 8. Outstanding Report (Customizable Scheduler)

The outstanding report now also supports:

- Daily, weekly & monthly scheduling
- Custom day selection for weekly & date selection for monthly cycles

### 9. Payment Collection Report (Customizable Scheduler)

You can now configure Payment Collection Reports with:

- Daily, weekly & monthly options
- Customizable week day & month date scheduling

### 10. Leasing Module UI Enhancements

The Property, Rental Unit, and Utility pages now come with a **modern, user-friendly UI**, along with:

- Enhanced filters
- Improved search functionality
- Cleaner layout for faster navigation

### 11. Invoice Module UI Enhancements

The Invoice, Settlement, and Payment History pages now come with a **modern, user-friendly UI**, along with:

- Enhanced filters
- Improved search functionality
- Cleaner layout for faster navigation 
- All action buttons have been replaced with **action icons** supported by helpful **tooltips**, aligning with modern UI standards and making navigation easier.
