Adding A Business User - User Management

a business user is someone involved in non administrative roles such as operations, finance, leasing, or other functional departments these users require access to specific features of the system to perform their day to day responsibilities effectively, but without full administrative privileges to manage access and user roles efficiently, add business users via the user management section under settings > configuration this functionality allows the organization admin or co admin to define who can interact with the system, assign appropriate roles, and control access levels with precision once added, the new business user receives system generated login credentials, enabling them to access the rentilium platform with their assigned permissions log in to your account go to the rentilium login page enter your username and password upon successful login, you’ll be directed to the admin dashboard, where you can manage platform settings and user roles from the admin dashboard, go to the settings section access the configuration tab now select the configuration tab this tab contains various settings related to the platform configuration open user management scroll down to the bottom of the configuration page, where you’ll find the user management tab click on the user management tab after clicking on user management tab click on add user add a new user on the user management page, you’ll see a table with columns like like username, email, first name, last name, phone number, role and action click on the add user button enter the required information in the form username – set the new user’s unique username password – create a secure password email – enter the email id first name – enter first name last name – enter last name role – assign the role of business user save the user after completing the form, click save changes the system will process the data and create the new business user credentials successfully created your new business user is now active and part of your organization in the rentilium erp system
