Adding Co-Admin - User Management

a co admin is a user role designed to support the organization admin by sharing administrative responsibilities such as managing users, configuring settings, and overseeing operational workflows adding a co admin ensures that administrative tasks are not limited to a single person, enhancing the system’s flexibility, scalability, and responsiveness the user management section under settings > configuration enables the organization admin to add a co admin this process involves entering essential user details and assigning the appropriate role once added, the co admin will receive system generated credentials, granting them access to the platform with the privileges associated with their role login to your account enter your username and password on your rentilium account after logging in, you will be directed to the admin dashboard, where you can manage all settings and user configurations now go to the settings section click on the configuration tab now select the configuration tab this tab contains various settings related to the platform configuration open user management scroll down to the bottom of the configuration page, where you’ll find the user management tab click on user management after clicking on the user management tab, the user management page will display a table with the following columns like username, email, first name, last name, phone number, role, and action now you can click on add user tab where you have to fill all the required details such as username here you have to fill the username password now enter secure password email enter the email id first name enter user's first name last name enter user's last name role assign the role of co admin save the user after filling in the required information and ensuring all fields are correct, click the save changes button to create the new co admin user once saved, the system will process the information, and the new co admin user will be added successfully to your platform credentials created successfully your new business user is now active and part of your organization in the rentilium erp system
