this document outlines the steps required to edit an existing organisation user’s information within the system and explains how automated email notifications are sent upon successful updates the process ensures both the organization and the affected user are notified of any changes to user details login to your account upon successful login, you will be redirected to your dashboard, where you can begin managing users to access the user listing page, which includes sections such as my dashboard, leasing, maintenance, accounting, reports, settings, community, and help accessing the user listing page from the left side menu, move to people > user this will open the user management page, which includes columns such as username email full name phone number role action editing an existing user locate the user you want to edit from the user management list click on the edit option the edit user page will open after filling in all the given data, click on save changes once saved, the user’s information will be successfully updated in the system email confirmation upon successful completion of the user update an automated email notification will be sent to the organization’s registered email address and the edited user’s registered email address
