dashboard overview upon logging in, organisation admin will access the dashboard with "organisation profile completion" section it includes organization basic details registered address payment integration rental tax configuration utility & additional charges move to settings to proceed with onboarding tasks, the organisation admin should move to the settings section from the sidebar menu and select configuration here, they can manage and update essential organizational details and system configurations system configuration management in the configuration section, the admin will see a detailed list of settings including name description location information location information management business identification details manage business identification info property type manage property types billing type billing type management policy category manage policy categories business policy manage business policies new policy request new policy activation requests rental tax configuration manage taxes for rental charges business culture billing type mapping map billing types to cultures energy and other charges manage energy and other charges email type email type management amenities manage amenities assets updated description for assets rental unit type manage rental unit type tenant identification document type manage tenant identification document type service request type manage service request type due days for penalty manage due days for penalty user management manage user management each configuration setting includes an "update" button, allowing the admin to review or edit the details conveniently user management the user management area helps to view, add, or edit user details within the system it displays user information including username email first and last name phone number role admins can edit existing users or add new ones as needed adding a new property manager to onboard a new property manager, follow these steps click on add user fill out the required fields username, password, email, phone number, first name, last name, and select a role verify the information click save changes to add the user confirmation of pm user addition upon successfully adding a user, a confirmation message stating "user added!" will appear, indicating that the new property manager has been integrated into the erp verifying pm user addition after completion, the newly added property manager will be listed under user management the manager's details, such as username, email, phone number, and assigned role, will be displayed, confirming successful onboarding
