this document outlines the step by step process for adding a new user to the system and explains how email notifications are triggered upon successful user creation this process ensures that both the organization and the newly added user receive timely and accurate confirmation emails this document will help admins efficiently manage user onboarding within the platform, from login to sending automated email confirmations login to your account enter your login credentials and click login upon successful login, you will be redirected to your dashboard , where you can begin the process of adding a new user accessing the user listing page from the left hand side menu, go to people > user this will open the user management page, which includes sections such as my dashboard, leasing, maintenance, accounting, reports, settings, community, and help adding a new user select the "add user" option on the user management page the add user form will open after filling in all the required information, click on save changes after clicking save changes, the new user will be successfully added to the system email confirmation upon successful addition of the new user an automated confirmation email will be sent to the organization's registered email address and the newly added user's email address
