Email Trigger To OA & PM On Add Rental Unit
This email is automatically triggered upon the successful creation of a new rental unit within the Rentilium ERP system. The unit has been added under the specified property, with all relevant information - including unit specifications, asset assignments, and initial lease details - accurately recorded in the system. This confirmation ensures that the rental unit and associated lease data are now available for review and management by the organization and property manager through the Leasing > Properties section of Rentilium ERP.
Access The Dashboard
- After a successful login, you will be directed to the Dashboard. Move to the Leasing Section.
- In the left-hand sidebar, locate the Leasing section.
- Click Create New Property to begin entering the new property details.
Go To The "Add Property" Section
- From the Dashboard, move to the Properties menu.
- Select Add Property to begin entering property details.

Adding Rental Units
For each unit, provide the Following details:
- Unit Name
- Unit Area (in Sq. Ft.)
- Sanctioned Load (kW)
- Minimum and Maximum Rent Rates
- Rental Unit Type

Asset Management
The user either selected all available assets or manually assigned specific ones using the Manage Assets option.

Add or Remove Units
- Units were added using the “+” button.
- Units could be deleted using the trash icon if required.

- Upon clicking Save Changes, the rental unit was successfully created in the system.

- Now click on add lease.

Adding Lease Details
- Click "Add Lease".
- You’ll be directed to the Tenant Details section.
- Chosen as either an Existing Tenant or a New Tenant.
- Click on "New Tenant" to open the Tenant Details form.

Enter Tenant Details
Provide the new tenant's personal information:
- Prefix: (Mr./Ms./Mrs.)
- First Name and Last Name
- Gender
- Email Address
- Phone Number

Lease Details
- Lease Start and End Dates
- Tenure Period (in months)
- Monthly Rent
- Discount (amount and period, if applicable)
- Security Deposit
- Late Payment Fine (per day)
- Lock-In Period
- Finally, upload the Lease Agreement document.

Adding Energy & Other Charges
Charges such as utilities or services (e.g., Power Backup) were added by specifying:
- Charge Name
- Charge Type (Fixed or Rate-Based)
- Default Value

Review & Final Submission
On the Preview & Submit page, the following details were reviewed and confirmed:
- General Information: Property and unit details
- Tenant Information
- Lease Terms
- Lease Agreement
- Energy and Other Charges
Once everything is confirmed, proceed to submit the lease.

Lease Created Successfully
The lease will be created and marked as active.

Email Confirmation
This email serves as confirmation that the rental unit has been successfully added and the associated lease details have been recorded. You may log in to Rentilium ERP and navigate to Leasing > Properties to view or manage the unit and lease information.
