organisation admins play an important role in overseeing and managing the entire police verification process their responsibility ensures that all tenant verifications are completed properly some main reasons for doing police verification for admin review and approve verified documents maintain accurate tenant records prevent fraud and security risks login to your account after a successful login, move to the people section access tenants after clicking on people section click on the tenant option after clicking on the tenant police verification page will open generate & verify document click on the police verification tab then click on regenerate the police verification page will open again click generate pdf a confirmation message will appear that says, "do you still want to proceed with generating the police verification pdf?" click yes, proceed the system will generate the police verification pdf successfully upload verified document the status will show as generated but not verified upload the verified document a pop up will confirm that verified file uploaded successfully after successful completion, the verification status will be visible in the tenant list , marked with a green icon indicating that the document is verified
