Service Request Approve/Decline- Property Manager

- Log in to the Rentilium-ERP system using your credentials.
- Once logged in, navigate to the dashboard where key insights and financial overviews are displayed.

- On the left-side bar, select and click on Operations to expand the menu options.
- Under Operations, click on Service to access the Service Requests section.

- The Service Requests page displays all tenant service requests submitted.
- Each request includes details such as Tenant Name, Rental Unit, Property Name, Service Request Type, Description, and Status.
- Select the Action button on the right-hand side of a request and click on it to proceed with review.

- After clicking on Action, a new window labeled Edit Service Request appears.
- This window displays detailed information about the request, including:
- Tenant Name: The tenant who submitted the request.
- Rental Unit: The unit associated with the request.
- Property Name: The name of the property.
- Service Request Type: The type of service requested (e.g., Key Replacement, Guest Access, Utility Setup).
- Description: A brief explanation of the request provided by the tenant.
- Tenant Service Request Image (if applicable): Any images uploaded by the tenant to support the request.
- Review all the details carefully to determine whether the request is valid.

- Before approving or rejecting the request, the Manager Comments field allows you to provide feedback.
- Enter a comment explaining the decision being made. Example:
- "Your guest access request has been approved. The security team has been notified."
- "Your key replacement request has been rejected due to missing verification documents."

- Locate the Status field at the bottom of the request form.
- Select one of the following options:
- Approved: If the request meets the necessary conditions.
- Declined: If the request lacks required documentation.
- Click Save Changes to finalize your decision.
- Upon successfully saving the request, a confirmation popup appears stating "Request updated successfully!"
- Click OK to close the popup and return to the service request dashboard.

- After updating the request, return to the Service Requests page.
- The requestโs status will now be updated to either Approved or Declined.
- Approved requests are now ready for further processing, while declined requests remain marked as Rejected.
- The tenant will be notified about the updated status via the system.
- To view past service requests, use the filter dropdown to select All Requests.
- You can also re-open or modify a decision if needed by clicking on the Action button again.
- Keeping track of service requests ensures smooth tenant management and timely issue resolution.
