property managers (pms) play a vital role in managing tenants and maintaining properties one of their key responsibilities is to ensure the safety, legality, and reliability of tenants living on the property some main reasons for doing police verification for a property manager ensures tenant safety legal compliance protects the landlord’s property builds trust login to your account after logging in, go to the people section access tenants click on the tenants option the tenant list page will open you can initiate the police verification process from here generate verification document click on the police verification button then click on the generate button the police verification page will open generate pdf click on generate pdf a confirmation prompt will appear "do you still want to proceed with generating the police verification pdf?" click yes, proceed a pop up will confirm that police verification pdf generated successfully a green tick mark indicates verification success a red tick mark indicates verification failure view & manage requests go to the maintenance section select police verification here, the property manager can view approved requests rejected requests pending requests by clicking on the approved option , the property manager can view all approved police verification statuses by clicking on the reject option , the property manager can view all rejected police verification statuses by clicking on the pending option , the property manager can view all pending police verification statuses property manager has the option to either approve or reject the requests approve or reject requests to approve a request click on approved a comment box will appear enter a comment and click approve you can initiate the police verification process from here
