Login As A Tenant

Open the Rentilium portal and log in using tenant credentials.

Move To The Dashboard

The dashboard provides a summary of lease details, financial overviews, and other key information.

Open Operations Menu

On the left sidebar, locate the "Operations" menu and click on it to additional options. From the drop-down options, click on "Service" to access the service request section.

Viewing Service Requests

Pending Requests

By default, the service request page displays requests that are still pending approval.

Filter Options

A dropdown menu at the top allows filtering requests based on their status, including:

  1. Pending
  2. Rejected
  3. Completed
  4. All Requests

Request Details

Each request entry displays information such as:

  • Rental Unit: The specific property associated with the request.
  • Description: A brief summary of the request.
  • Service Request Type: The category of the request (e.g., guest access, maintenance, etc.).
  • Status: The current status of the request (Pending, Completed, Rejected).
  • Download Images: If the request requires supporting documents or images, the tenant can download them.
  • Actions: Options to Delete or Modify a request.

Adding New Service Request

Click "Add Request": A button on the top right allows tenants to create a new request.

Fill In The Request Form

  • Service Request Type: Select the type of service needed.
  • Rental Unit: Choose the associated rental unit from the dropdown.
  • Description: Provide details about the request.
  • Upload Images: If required, tenants can upload supporting documents or images by dragging and dropping files.

  • Save Changes: Click the "Save Changes" button to submit the request.
  • Confirmation Message: A pop-up appears confirming that the service request has been successfully added.

Managing Existing Service Requests

Deleting A Request

  1. Click the Delete button next to a request.
  2. A confirmation dialog appears asking for final approval.
  3. Select Yes, and delete it! to confirm the deletion.
  4. A success message appears stating the request has been removed.

Filtering Requests By Status

  1. Use the filter dropdown to view completed, rejected, or all requests.
  2. This helps in tracking the status of various service requests.

Downloading Images

  1. If the request includes images, a "Download" button is available.
  2. Click it to retrieve the associated documents.
