this document explains how to access and manage the service request processing status you'll learn to log in, view service requests, and filter them by status each step ensures timely tracking and resolution of maintenance issues access the service request section once logged in, you will be redirected to your dashboard, and then click on the maintenance section under the maintenance section, click on the service request tab service request page this page displays all submitted service requests with the following key details tenant name rental unit property name service request type description status action now click on action button by clicking on action button edit service request page will open fill all the required details such as tenant name service request type rental unit property name status manager comment description tenant service request image in status section four status will appear that is pending, in progress, completed and rejected the following four statuses will be displayed in the status section pending in progress completed rejected after filling all the required information, click on "save changes" to update the request successfully view all service requests on the service request dashboard, click the "view all" button after clicking the "view all" button, you will be taken to the service request page service request on the service request page, youโll find the "all" tab now, click on the "all" tab button after clicking on that all tab button, you can view all the statuses that are pending, in progress, rejected, and completed admin controls by clicking each status filter, the admin can easily track the progress of individual service requests by following these steps, property managers can effectively monitor and respond to service requests track the status of maintenance issues ensure a transparent and organized maintenance workflow
