if a property manager is no longer responsible for a particular property whether due to role changes, property reassignment, or organizational restructuring you can easily unassign them this ensures accurate role management and prevents unauthorized access or confusion regarding responsibilities by unassigning the property manager , they will no longer be able to view or manage the specific property's details, tenants, or related tasks this helps maintain clear access control and ensures the new property manager are assigned to the right properties log in to your account after login, you’ll be directed to admin dashboard after that go to the leasing section access the property section to access the property section firstly click on the leasing section, then click on the properties in the properties section you’ll see all the list of your rental units and properties and property manager names you can assign or unassign a property manager only after leasing a rental unit select the property after that click on the name of the property for which you want to unassign the property manager this will open a detailed view of the property go to the property manager tab on the property detail page, you will see several categories or tabs such as click on the property manager tab then click on property manager section where you can unassign the property manager unassign the property manager if a property manager has already been assigned, their name and details will appear here to remove assigned property manager, click the “unassign” button once you click "unassign" the system will process your request and the property manager will be successfully unassigned from the property
