move to the dashboard login to rentilium erp open the rentilium erp enter your username and password to access the system once logged in, the tenant dashboard displays a summary of your lease details and financial overview login to tenant account navigate to the rentilium erp login page enter your tenant credentials (username and password) and click login accessing active lease information active lease under the leasing section, click on 'active lease' this page displays all active rental agreements under your profile view renewal requests in the active lease dashboard, tenants can see all vacant units any existing renewal requests to initiate a new lease renewal, click on the “renewal request” button fill renewal request form after clicking, you'll be directed to the renewal request detail page, which includes the following fields property name (e g , why property) rental unit name (e g , wp 110) old rental charge proposed new rent renewal lease date carefully fill in all the required details once completed, click the “confirm” button confirmation after submission, a message will confirm that your lease renewal request has been submitted successfully the request is now visible to the admin for review
