now go to the leasing section after clicking on the leasing section , click on rental units after clicking on the rental unit, the rental unit detail page will open there are three categories under rental units leased rental units – units that currently have active leases unleased rental units – units that are vacant or available for lease draft rental units – leases that are saved but not activated yet now, click on leased property and rental unit the rental unit detail page consists of overview, lease, tenant, documents, earnings, history, and maintenance once inside a leased unit's detail page, you'll see the following tabs overview unit details area, sanctioned load, rent amount lease details tenant name, lease start and end dates, remaining days billing current month’s rent, any due amount, previous balance, billing type leasing page lease start and end dates tenure and lock in period rent amount, discounts, security deposit, late fees energy and other charges amenities included in the lease tenant detail page tenant information payment transactions and history documents all tenant related documents are stored here option to upload new documents earning displays the financial performance of the property expected earning actual earning history includes tenant’s name, contact info, lease period, rent, discount, late fines maintenance displays the service request summary total requests resolved, pending, and rejected statuses recent maintenance requests include serial number request type date status (completed/rejected/pending) unleased rental unit detail page now click on leased property and rental unit after clicking on a property and rental unit (e g , samta residents), the rental unit detail page will open the unleased rental unit detail page consists of general info, location details, history general info property name rent range unit area unit type location details city zip code lease history tenant name, contact details lease period rent amount, discounts, late fees billing and lease status from the rental unit detail page, the admin can either move out a tenant or extend the lease on notice process click on the "on notice" button fill out the form with the following unit name property name tenant name notice start date check out date upload move out document after filling all the information upload agreement and click on submit button renewed process click on the "renewal" option complete the form property name rental unit name previous rent amount rent increase percentage new rent amount lease extension date upload new lease agreement click confirm to submit the request a confirmation message will be displayed indicating your lease extension request has been submitted successfully move out history move out history process click on the "history" option once you select the history tab, the system will display the tenant history page tenant history page overview the tenant history page displays key details related to the tenant's lease and billing information the details displayed on this page include tenant name mobile number email address lease period (start and end dates) rental amount discount (if applicable) late fine (if any) billing status lease status (active/inactive) agreement (copy or status) understanding billing status the billing status indicates whether the tenant is currently being charged rent or not you will be able to view the billing status, which will show as either active or inactive
