a visitor alarm usually refers to a configuration used by a property owner to track, monitor, or be alerted when someone other than the tenant enters the rental unit this feature is mostly valuable in apartments, gated communities, and shared buildings where security, tenant and lease compliance are highly matters purpose of a visitor alarm security alerts the tenant or property owner if an unapproved individual visitor enters the unit lease compliance ensure visitors stay within the allowed time limit tenant safety ensuring safety and peace of mind for tenants in multi unit properties accessing visitor alarm settings login to your account log in to your account after successful login, system will redirect you to the dashboard now go to the setting section click on the configuration tab from configuration go to visitor alarm section now click on the visitor alarm tab, the visitor alarm page will open configuring the visitor alarm enable or disable the alarm the admin can enable or disable the visitor alarm based on requirements for disable to enable the alarm click on the slider button to enable the alarm after enabling, the set timeout options will appear timeout settings timeout duration specify for how much time visitor allowed to meet the tenant warning before timeout set when the tenant should receive a warning notification before the time limit is reached after filling all the required fields, click save setting the visitor alarm will be updated successfully tenant notification once the timer is configured, the tenant will receive warning alerts
