If your lease has officially ended and youβre ready to move out, Rentilium makes the process smooth and simple. Here are the steps to follow:
Log In To The Account
- To Begin with, Move Out After the Lease End Date, you need to access your Rentilium account.
- You can log in using either the Rentilium mobile app or the official website.
- Once logged in, you will be redirected to your dashboard, and then click on the leasing Section.
Go To The Leased Rental Unit
- In the Leasing Section, click on Rental Units.
- From the list, select your Active Lease.
Proceed To Notice To Vacant
Even if the lease end date has passed, you can still initiate the Notice To Vacant process.
Example: If your lease started on March 21, 2025, and ended on April 20, 2025, you can still move out after April 20 using this process.
- Locate the βNotice To Vacantβ button next to your leased unit.
- Click on the Notice To Vacant and begin the procedure.
Review Tenant Information
After clicking the move-out button, a new screen will open showing your tenant details and lease information.
Complete The Required Information & Submit
- Fill out all the required fields.
- Confirm your move-out request by clicking Submit.
Once submitted, your move-out request will be successfully processed.
