organisation admins can now directly create and manage property owners from the people tab in the erp move to people > property owners to access the listing page this section enables you to view, create, and manage records of property owners this document provides step by step details for creating a property owner from the people section log in to your account after logging in, access your dashboard from the dashboard, click on the people section from the main menu go to the property owners section from the dashboard, click on the people section under the people section, select staff property owners list page once inside the staff tab, you will see a listing table that displays all existing staff from here, we can add staff adding a new staff click on the add property owner to add a new owner a form will appear to fill in the required details username your digital identity or login name on a platform password a secret code that protects your account and confirms it’s really you email valid email address first name your given or personal name, used to identify you individually last name your surname role given role (property manager, co admin, business user, or account) employee id a unique number given to each worker for identification after filling in all the required details, click on save a confirmation message will appear staff created successfully! now, in the main section, you will be able to view all the property owners' lists that are created viewing detailed owner information click on a property owner's name in the listing to view more details owner detail page layout the detail page is divided into three tabs general address properties general tab shows essential identity and contact information prefix owner name gender phone number email address created at (time when the entry was created) updated at (time of the last modification) a close button is provided to exit this view and return to the listing page owner address information now, click on the address tab from the owner details section this section provides address details address line 1 primary address line location city and state zip code postal code includes a close button to exit this tab this section also displays the list of properties owned by the owner, along with their ownership status (active or inactive) once you have finished viewing or editing details, click the close button to return to the property owners listing page
