1. View / Download Lease Agreement
Tenants can now view or download their signed lease agreement directly from the mobile app.
Where To Access
- Move to: Lease > Lease Agreement
- Tap on the “View” icon to preview the document
- Tap “Download” to save (PDF format)
2. View / Download Invoice Transaction Receipt
Tenants can now access detailed payment receipts for their rent and other dues.
Where To Access
- Go to My Bills > Payment/Payment History
- Tap on a paid invoice row
- You’ll see options to:
- Invoice PDF
- Receipt (includes payment method, date, UTR ID)
3. Refer A Friend Program
Tenants can now refer their friends or colleagues directly via the app to rent properties under the same organization.
Where To Access
- Open Side Menu > Refer a Friend
- Share your unique referral code via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS
4. New FAQ Section in the App
A dedicated FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) module is now available.
