1. Automated Notice Period Policy
A new configuration-level feature that allows automatic penalty calculation for notice period breaches. This improves accuracy and reduces manual intervention.
2. QR Code Upload For Invoices
You can now upload a QR code that will be automatically printed on invoices for seamless payment processing. This feature comes with an enable/disable & edit option in the configuration by the Admin. Also, only genuine QR codes will be accepted.
3. Quarterly & Half-Yearly Billing Frequency
We have introduced Quarterly and Half-Yearly billing cycles. Now Product supports all four billing frequencies:
- Monthly
- Yearly
- Quarterly
- Half-Yearly
4. Date-To-Date Billing Cycle
Bills can now be generated for each tenant based on their individual lease start date, enabling more precise and flexible billing with a configurable option.
