the enable & disable feature provides org admin the flexibility to control which functionalities are active within erp through this setting, specific features such as police verification, aadhaar verification, and billing discounts can be turned on or off based on organizational needs by enabling a feature, it becomes accessible and functional within the platform conversely, disabling a feature hides or restricts it, preventing users from performing related actions open the configuration tab within the settings section, select the configuration tab select feature configuration from the configuration options, click on feature configuration here, you can enable or disable various features such as police verification , aadhar verification , and billing discount police verification once the police verification feature is disabled, the button will no longer respond or function when enabled, the police verification button becomes active aadhar verification once enabled, the aadhar verification button becomes active, and otps can be sent again billing discount when the billing discount feature is disabled, the billing discount button becomes inactive when enabled, the billing discount amount button becomes active synchronized by default, the synchronized option is enabled , but no actions can be performed in this mode, the button is disabled by default to enable it, the organization must raise a help request to the product admin , who can then activate the button example when a new tenant moves in – for example, on november 12th – the first month's bill will be generated for the period november 12th to november 30th from next month, bill will be generated for the entire month from 1st december to 31st december date to date this option refers to the period starting from the agreed start date of the lease and ending on the agreed end date, during which the tenant has the right to use the asset or equipment in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement example if the lease period is from january 1, 2025 to january 31, 2025, it is considered date to date if monthly is selected, the bill will be generated monthly if annual is selected, the bill will be generated annually to disable the current button and enable the date to date feature, simply click the disable button once done, the date to date feature will be successfully enabled
