asset management is an important part of an organization’s operations, ensuring that all assets are accurately tracked and maintained the asset management feature allows admins to create, view, and update assets associated with different property types this feature allows organisation admins and property managers to organize asset data efficiently, reduce errors, and maintain an up to date inventory this document provides a step by step walkthrough for logging into your account and managing assets within the configuration tab of the system log in to your account enter your credentials (username and password) once logged in, go to the settings section from the main dashboard open the configuration tab in the settings section, look for the configuration tab click on configuration to expand the menu options select assets after clicking on configuration tab, click on assets add/edit assets after clicking on assets, the assets page will open here, you can either add new assets or edit existing ones if you want to edit the assets, click on the edit button, then fill in the required details like asset name , description , and property type once all the required information is filled out, click on save changes after clicking on save changes, assets will be updated successfully add new assets to add new assets to your system, follow these steps click the add new button located at the top or side of the assets page a form will appear with the following details asset name name of the asset description provide a short explanation of the asset property type choose the appropriate property type from the list click save changes to finalize after clicking on save changes, new assets will be added successfully confirmation now you will be able to see that energy and other charges have been created successfully
