location information is important for managing rental properties it plays a key role in lease agreements, legal documentation, property listings, and internal records, ensuring each property is correctly identified and organized having up to date information about states, cities, and addresses helps ensure smooth operations rentilium provides admins the flexibility to add and update states and cities directly from the platform this document provides a clear, step by step overview of how to manage location information within the rentilium platform by logging into the rentilium app and accessing the configuration tab, admin can easily add, edit, and manage state and city records log in to your admin account upon successful login, you’ll be directed to the admin dashboard now go to the settings section open the configuration tab inside the settings section, select the configuration tab select location information from the configuration option, click on location information add/edit location information after clicking on location information, location information page will open where you can view all the state and cities managing states & cities after clicking on view states , a page will open where you can add a new state edit or update existing states add a new state click on the add state button a form will appear the page contains country, states, and descriptions, which have to be filled save changes after filling all the required details click on save changes to edit state if any update is required, go to edit state , click on the edit option fill the required details click save changes to apply the updates the state will be updated successfully! to add a new city , click on view cities after clicking on view cities , a new page will open where you can add a new city or edit the existing city add a new city click on the add city button fill in the required information like state, city name, and description after clicking on save changes city will be saved successfully edit an existing city click on the edit city button click on the edit option fill in the required details like state, city name, and description click on save changes after clicking on save changes, the cities will be updated successfully
