assigning a property manager to a property is a critical task in ensuring efficient property oversight and management an automated email trigger at this step does more than just send a notification it becomes a powerful tool for improving communication, accountability, and workflow across organization login to your account from the left side menu, move through the sections such as my dashboard, leasing, maintenance, accounting, reports, settings, etc go to leasing > properties to view the list of properties click on the property name (e g , andheri tower) to open the property details page now the property detail page will open which listed as owner, rental unit, amenities, property manager, earning, & maintenance reassign property manager in the property detail page , scroll to the property manager section click on property manager, then select reassign the assign property manager page will open from here, you have two options assign an existing property manager create a new property manager add a new property manager click on add new pm this will redirect you to the management page on the management page, click add user fill in all the required user details on the add user page after clicking on save changes , the new property manager will be successfully added to the system email trigger to org on assigning property manager
